I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Jonathan Permanand for all his patience and knowledge in solving my computer problems and my relative’s computer problems.  

I have recommended him because he is very professional, reasonable in cost and very knowledgeable on both Mac and PC platforms. Jonathan goes above and beyond to help solve computer problems. I am amazed at his patience.

After accidentally spilling a full glass of water on my laptop, I thought it was done. I left it, mortally wounded, in the capable hands of Jon, but had little hope. I was in the process of mentally preparing myself to shell out for a whole new computer system, but was surprised to learn that my trusty laptop was salvageable at the very reasonable cost of a new keyboard!

On top of that, after reviving my computer, Jon found and removed a few viruses I didn't even know I had! I'm very excited to be reunited with my laptop, thank you Jon!
